April Teacher Outfits
It finally started to warm up in April, and I was so ready for lighter layers, comfy fabrics, and easy teacher outfits. Being pregnant definitely changed how I got dressed this spring, but I still found so many outfits that felt cute, practical, and comfortable for long school days.
Here’s a look at some of my teacher outfits from April! I also rounded a week of them up in a reel here!
Linen Pants Season Is Here
I wore my favorite Amazon linen pants several times this month, and they continue to be one of my most-worn spring staples. They’re comfy, bump-friendly, lightweight, and just fun to style for school days.
I also wore my Old Navy linen pants. I loved pairing them with a light blue tee and a colorful striped cardigan. It felt bright and springy and perfect for the classroom.
Dresses & Skirts for Spring
I am fully in my dresses and skirts era right now! As the weather starts warming up, they’re just so easy and comfortable.
One of my favorite outfits this month was a striped swing dress with a denim jacket. It was simple, comfy, and perfect for those in-between weather days.
A maxi skirt and graphic tee will forever be one of my favorite teacher outfit combinations. It’s casual, easy to move around in all day, and still feels cute. It was still cool here so I added my cropped denim shirt.
Midi and maxi dresses were also on repeat this month since mornings were still pretty chilly. I loved layering both of these looks with either a denim jacket or a cozy cardigan for extra warmth.
Pixie Pants Forever
I wore my go-to pixie pants several times this month too. They’re one of those pieces I always come back to because they work with everything.
One outfit that got so many compliments was pairing the pixie pants with a crochet duster and crochet shoes. It was such a fun layered look for spring.
Another easy favorite is styling pixie pants with a simple tee or tank and a cardigan. I especially loved the green cardigan paired with the rainbow necklace – such a fun pop of color.
Old Navy Barrel Pants
I recently bought the Sleek Tech barrel pants from Old Navy after wanting them for a while (and always having them be sold out in my size!), and I love them so much. They are incredibly comfortable and really easy to dress up or down for teaching.
I wore them twice this month: once with a sweater and sandals and once with a striped tee and denim button down. I loved them enough that I ended up buying the navy blue pair too!
Simple Friday Jeans Outfits
My Friday jeans outfits stayed pretty simple this month, which honestly is sometimes the best kind of outfit during a busy season.
Graphic tees are always a go-to for casual Fridays. One favorite had stamps from around the world, which felt especially fun to wear right before spring break – even though I wasn’t actually traveling anywhere! I also wore one of my favorite oversized Aerie sweatshirts with barrel jeans, and another easy outfit was straight-leg jeans paired with a linen button-down.
